I would love to say that my teammates and I had a comprehensively great experience swimming for GW, but that would not be true due to the tumultuous, unnecessarily stressful, and inconsistent emotional environment created by Coach Thomas. I would be remiss not to warn future collegiate athletes considering George Washington that if you are looking for a coach that is fair, reasonable, or measured in his emotional reactions, then Coach Brian Thomas is not for you.
